Cecilia Gillson-Tran is a Director with LIDD’s Design team at our Toronto offices. She brings over ten years of business transformation consulting experience to the company’s practice. Her industry expertise extends across CPG, retail, transportation, and manufacturing. Prior to joining LIDD, Cecilia has worked at several Big Four firms where she acquired extensive business process expertise and operational management experience. From strategy to execution, Cecilia has delivered tangible solutions to Global 500 companies in organizational design, process improvements, and systems deployment, helping them address operational challenges and deliver their best to their customers. Cecilia holds an M.A. in Economics from the University of Aberdeen.
