Prior to joining LIDD, Vivi held Senior Executive operations roles and led complex transformations at multiple public consumer companies. She serves as an advisor for high-growth brands. She has deep expertise in driving operational excellence and managing growth, turnarounds, portfolio operations, and exit-planning. Adi has the insider knowledge to help maximize leverage in any negotiation. Adi has an MBA from Waynesburg University, and a Master’s in Public and International Affairs and a BA in History from the University of Pittsburgh.
Majeed Peffley
Fulfillment Analyst , Shipware
Majeed Peffley is a Fulfillment Analyst supporting the Fulfillment Optimization Team. Before joining Shipware, Majeed spent five years at one of the largest 3rd-party fulfillment providers in the country. He has learned the business from the ground up and understands what retailers need in a fulfillment partner. Majeed earned his bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Texas A&M University, and a certification in business analytics from Boston University.
