Charles Fallon

President

Charles has been working as a supply chain consultant since 1998. He has worked with clients at all levels of the supply chain, from manufacturers to retailers, in a wide array of industries including food, pharmaceuticals, garments and construction materials. He has extensive experience in supply chain strategy, technology, facility design & implementation and operations. Charles holds a bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering from McGill University in Montreal.

David has worked on a wide range of logistics mandates across North America since 2004. He has been involved in network design, warehouse design and expansion, process re-engineering and the selection of warehouse management systems. His experience lies within all segments of the food industry, pharmaceuticals as well as industrial distribution. David holds a master’s degree in Logistics from HEC Montréal.

Sean Butler

Sean Butler leads LIDD’s global Strategy Practice and firm-wide Sales & Marketing. Sean is an expert in the consumer products & retail industries. At LIDD, Sean advises boards and executives on supply chain transformation, including strategies for the selection and implementation of new technologies, physical infrastructure, and organizational structures. His streamlined project management approach enables him to deliver on major projects that involve many of LIDD’s practices at once. Prior to his career in consulting, Sean was instrumental in the design and scale of key innovations in the consumer products and retail industries. He served as Senior Vice President at meal kit company Chef’d, Head of Operations, Partnerships & Business Development at Purple Carrot, the leading plant-based meal kit brand, and in key leadership roles at LeanBox, the unattended workplace foodservice retailer.

Jean-Martin Roux

Jean-Martin has been a logistics applications and integration specialist since 2005 and helps clients throughout North America implement supply chain technology. He has worked with clients on all facets of their supply chain application park: Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Jean-Martin holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from ETS Montreal.

Gabrielle Tiven

Senior Partner

Gabrielle Tiven is a Senior Partner at LIDD and spearheads the firm’s initiatives with non-profit organizations that run supply chains. Her expertise is particularly valuable to food banks, furniture banks, meals-on-wheels organizations, and other similar operations. From 2016 to 2021, Gabrielle ran LIDD’s administration, building the company’s finance, human resources, and marketing functions. During that period, she also led network studies and design projects for clients, notably in the Food & Beverage industry. Gabrielle got her start in warehouse design at FreshDirect, a pioneering online grocer in NYC. She then worked in product development at Kiva Systems, now Amazon Robotics. She holds a BA from Yale University and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Ben Vanderbeek

Ben has more than 10 years of experience in leading technology teams, with numerous implementations and integrations of NetSuite Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software within distribution, ecommerce, and manufacturing industries. He leads the ERP practice at LIDD, including projects to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP, and integrate with the Generix Solochain Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Warehouse Management System (WMS). Ben holds a BS in Computer Science from California State University Long Beach and has earned certifications as a NetSuite Administrator and a NetSuite ERP Consultant.

Harris has been a pioneer in online grocery, having led, among other accomplishments, the commissioning and launch of Korea’s first online grocery fulfillment center for Shinsegae. He has a wealth of experience with over 15 years of relevant work that focused on logistics, business development and eCommerce strategy planning & implementation. Harris holds a degree in Business Administration from Seoul National University.

Emilio Colangelo

Managing Director

Emilio Colangelo is a Director based in LIDD’s Montreal office and a leader in LIDD’s NetSuite and strategy practices. He is responsible for developing integrated supply chain strategies, managing client relationships, and overseeing the work of LIDD employees dedicated to NetSuite’s configuration, implementation, and integration. Since joining LIDD in 2016, Emilio has worked with leading US & Canadian companies in the Food & Beverage, eCommerce, Publishing, Manufacturing and 3PL Logistics industries. His consulting experience spans a wide range of mandates including physical infrastructure design, supply chain software selection & implementation, and S&OP process design. Emilio’s attention to detail and his multi-practice consulting background have repeatedly helped clients achieve meaningful operations transformations. His ability to build close relationships within client organizations from executive leadership to front-line management has been proven at multinationals and quickly growing start-ups. As a director, Emilio leverages his experience to engineer processes and develop fine-tuned NetSuite solutions to align clients’ operations with their vision. Emilio holds a B.Eng. in Industrial Engineering from Concordia University. In addition to his experience at LIDD, Emilio worked at one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies and for a Big4 consulting firm.

David Gosselin

Managing Director

David Gosselin is a Director based in LIDD’s Montreal office. As a chartered professional accountant and a NetSuite certified expert, David contributes key expertise and significant leadership to LIDD’s NetSuite practice. His main responsibilities are to manage client relationships and to oversee the work of LIDD employees dedicated to NetSuite’s configuration, implementation, and integration. Since joining LIDD early in 2021, David has supervised the development of ERP solutions across various industries (Food & Beverage, Retail, Health & Beauty, Apparel, Non-For-Profit, and Finance). At the firm’s clients, his assessment of business processes and identification of their requirements have enabled him to configure systems that efficiently streamline workflows, from operations in the warehouse to finances in the office. David has more than ten years of experience developing and implementing ERP systems. His expertise spans across Cloud technology and systems such as SAP R3, S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Business ByDesign, Cognos, Business Objects, Concur, and Success Factor. David holds a bachelor’s degree in management from the HÉC. In addition to being a certified accountant, he is a NetSuite Certified Financial User and NetSuite Foundation member.

Chris Hagle

Christopher Hagle is a Director with LIDD’s Design team at our Toronto offices. He is responsible for managing client relationships and leading teams of designer in the execution of projects such as network studies, warehouse designs and implementation, and operational process improvements. He has deep industry expertise in Retail, CPG, Grocery, Alcohol, Cannabis, and eCommerce. Chris began his career on the warehouse floor, supervising distribution operations at Canadian Tire. Soon thereafter, he was implementing process improvements that drove positive value across local and national supply chains. Prior to joining LIDD, Christopher was working as a supply chain transformation executive. He has helped the Liquor Control Board of Ontario and other large North American distribution companies achieve large-scale transformational projects such as distribution centre implementations. Throughout his career, Chris has leveraged his experience to design and implement efficient end-to-end supply chain infrastructure solutions. Christopher holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the Ryerson University.

Alexander Sbaite

Alexander has over 25 years of experience in various operational and technology management roles, including sales, supply chain management, consulting, project management, solutions architecture, and implementation. Throughout his career, he has worked in several countries and industries such as CPGs, manufacturing, wholesale, and retail distribution. By combining his in-depth knowledge of technologies with his interdisciplinary experience, Alexander can advise and accompany companies throughout their digital transformation process, from analysis to implementation, adoption and change management. Alex holds a PhD degree in Software Engineering from Potsdam University in Berlin, Germany.

Germán Alonso

Director

Germán has deep experience in leading and implementing new processes and services, process re-engineering and IT applications. Prior to LIDD, he coordinated monthly and annual activities related to managing a $300M pipeline of projects and initiatives, their approval, funding and progress through delivery. He joined LIDD as a Director and manages teams of engineers designing and implementing distribution centres across North America and improving distribution networks for companies across different industries. Germán holds a B.Eng. from Universidad de Los Andes and an MBA from McGill University.

Raphaël Leite-Corthésy

Director

Raphaël is a Director in LIDD’s Design & Strategy practice. Based in the firm’s Montreal office, he leads teams of analysts and designers in the conception and implementation of profit efficient facilities. He is also responsible for leading engineers in their mandates to optimize distribution and manufacturing operations at LIDD’s clients. Since joining LIDD in 2016, Raphaël has been involved in several of the firm’s major projects in the Food & Beverage, Hardware, and Pharmeceutical industries. Thanks to excellent engineering and communication skills, he has helped LIDD clients gain a better understanding of their requirements before advising them in the implementation of new facility designs and layout resets that enable improved efficiency and support future growth. Raphaël holds a B.Eng. in Industrial Engineering as well as an M.Sc. A. in Operations Research from Polytechnique de Montréal. He was awarded the Lieutenant Governor’s Youth Medal in 2015.

Amanda Mayer

Director of Finance

Amanda Mayer is LIDD’s Director of Finance and a Senior Analyst in LIDD’s Microsoft Dynamics Business Central consulting practice. As Director of Finance, Ms. Mayer prepares the firm’s fiscal records and financial plans. She is responsible for the development of LIDD’s financial vision and strategy. Amanda advises the company’s partners on financial matters that affect the organization’s growth and capacity to provide clients world-class services. As Senior Business Central Analyst, she advises companies on the proper implementation of their ERP system. Amanda’s expertise is especially valuable with regards to the ERP’s finance and operations capabilities. Her vast experience with the solution makes her well versed in the best practices that optimize Business Central’s performance. Amanda’s exceptional administrative acumen, superior analytic rigor, and deep knowledge of fiscal law have led her to play a key role in helping corporations achieve due diligence, mergers & acquisitions, US GAAP compliance, and Annual Operating Plans. A member of the Navision User Group (NAVUG) Advisory Board until recently, Ms. Mayer has established herself as an internationally recognized expert consultant for Microsoft’s ERP systems. At New View Strategies, where she acted as Owner and CFO, Amanda Mayer provided training, evaluation of business processes, and specialty consulting in finance to companies that run on Business Central. Amanda Mayer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lakeland College, WI. She is a certified public accountant and member of the AICPA. She was awarded the NAVUG All Stars (2015), the NAVUG Ruby Award (2016), and the NAVUG Granite Award three times (2017, 2019, 2020).

Carie Mathias is the Director of LIDD’s Continuous Improvement Desk. Carie has more than a decade of experience in project management and the implementation and integration of business software solutions. Since her years at Bridgestone, starting in 2005, Carie has led numerous warehouse and enterprise systems integrations for organizations across various industries in North America. Currently working from North Carolina, he manages client relationships and leads teams of analysts, developers, and programmers in the conception and implementation of business software solutions. Over the last 25 years, Hendrik has garnered high level expertise in various industries such as Retail, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, 3PL, Petrol, and manufacturing. Hendrik has been developing Microsoft Dynamics solutions and offering technology consulting services to companies since 2006. He has experience working in boutique consulting firms as well as for worldwide organisations like Ernst & Young. In 2014, Hendrik founds TM ERP Consulting, a firm dedicated to the promotion of best I.T. practices and the implementation of end-to-end technology solutions. Throughout his career, he has helped the likes of Puma Energy, LinkFresh, GroupO, GameStop, and Lynco Products achieve better results by developing and integrating optimally fitted software architecture.
