Stephan has held senior leadership roles in multi‑billion‑dollar organizations and advised global clients through KPMG. Managing Director, LIDD
Raphaël is a Managing Director in LIDD’s Design & Strategy practice. Based in the firm’s Montreal office, he leads teams of analysts and designers in the conception and implementation of profit efficient facilities. He is also responsible for leading engineers in their mandates to optimize distribution and manufacturing operations at LIDD’s clients. Since joining LIDD in 2016, Raphaël has been involved in several of the firm’s major projects in the Food & Beverage, Hardware, and Pharmeceutical industries. Thanks to excellent engineering and communication skills, he has helped LIDD clients gain a better understanding of their requirements before advising them in the implementation of new facility designs and layout resets that enable improved efficiency and support future growth. Raphaël holds a B.Eng. in Industrial Engineering as well as an M.Sc. A. in Operations Research from Polytechnique de Montréal. He was awarded the Lieutenant Governor’s Youth Medal in 2015.

Tommy began his career at UPS, where he implemented technological solutions and managed special projects. Subsequently, he transitioned to food manufacturing and distribution at Goodfood Market, where he played a key role in launching the online grocery operation and the strategic expansion of new operations. At LIDD, he specializes in designing optimized networks, evaluating automated equipment, and warehouse design. He manages project execution and the transformation of data into strategic recommendations for various food, industrial, and consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies. Tommy is a graduate of Concordia's industrial engineering program.
