Charles Fallon

President

Charles has been working as a supply chain consultant since 1998. He has worked with clients at all levels of the supply chain, from manufacturers to retailers, in a wide array of industries including food, pharmaceuticals, garments and construction materials. He has extensive experience in supply chain strategy, technology, facility design & implementation and operations. Charles holds a bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering from McGill University in Montreal.

David Beaudet

Senior Partner

David has worked on a wide range of logistics mandates across North America since 2004. He has been involved in network design, warehouse design and expansion, process re-engineering and the selection of warehouse management systems. His experience lies within all segments of the food industry, pharmaceuticals as well as industrial distribution. David holds a master’s degree in Logistics from HEC Montréal.

Jean-Martin Roux

Senior Partner

Jean-Martin has been a logistics applications and integration specialist since 2005 and helps clients throughout North America implement supply chain technology. He has worked with clients on all facets of their supply chain application park: Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Jean-Martin holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from ETS Montreal.

Gabrielle Tiven

Senior Partner

Gabrielle Tiven is a Senior Partner at LIDD and spearheads the firm’s initiatives with non-profit organizations that run supply chains. She works with food banks, food rescue organizations, food pantries, and similar organizations to use LIDD’s expertise to help address food insecurity. She guides organizations on network studies, distribution center designs, and overall supply chain strategy, and conducts research in food loss and waste in manufacturing and distribution. In addition to working with clients, Gabrielle helms parts of LIDD's administration and management, currently overseeing the firm's human resources and legal departments. Gabrielle got her start in warehouse design at FreshDirect, a pioneering online grocer in NYC, and later worked in product development at Kiva Systems, now Amazon Robotics. She holds a BA from Yale University and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Mathieu Galipeau

Mathieu integrates distribution technologies and optimizes supply chain infrastructure for clients across different industries. He has successfully managed more than 15 business software solution projects, that focuses on systems such as: Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Mathieu is a graduate from École de Technologie Supérieure de Montréal (ETS) with a degree in Operations and Logistics Engineering.

Jennifer Hall

Jennifer has executed numerous distribution center design, expansion and implementation projects focusing on food, beverage and consumer goods. Her work involves helping clients design, justify and implement facilities’ infrastructure, e-commerce platforms and meal-solution operations. Jennifer holds a degree in Civil Engineering from McGill University.

Jeff Hamilton

Jeff is a highly experienced professional in facility design and optimization within the food and beverage and consumer goods industries. With extensive project management skills, he has successfully led the design of multiple facilities, and now oversees the LIDD LA office team. Jeff's leadership and dedication ensure exceptional results and cutting-edge facility design solutions. He holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University.

Ben Vanderbeek

Partner

Ben has more than 10 years of experience in leading technology teams, with numerous implementations and integrations of NetSuite Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software within distribution, ecommerce, and manufacturing industries. He leads the ERP practice at LIDD, including projects to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP, and integrate with the Generix Solochain Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Warehouse Management System (WMS). Ben holds a BS in Computer Science from California State University Long Beach and has earned certifications as a NetSuite Administrator and a NetSuite ERP Consultant.

Angelika Sabourin

Angelika has more than 10 years of experience in integrating distribution technologies in supply chain operations, and has successfully managed numerous WMS Solochain implementation projects. She worked as an IT Director at one of the biggest Canadian publishing companies, and joined LIDD as a Director. Angelika holds a bachelor’s degree in Operations and Logistics Engineering and a DESS’s degree in Innovation Management from École de Technologie Supérieure de Montréal.

Emilio Colangelo

Managing Director

Emilio Colangelo is a Director based in LIDD’s Montreal office and a leader in LIDD’s NetSuite and strategy practices. He is responsible for developing integrated supply chain strategies, managing client relationships, and overseeing the work of LIDD employees dedicated to NetSuite’s configuration, implementation, and integration. Since joining LIDD in 2016, Emilio has worked with leading US & Canadian companies in the Food & Beverage, eCommerce, Publishing, Manufacturing and 3PL Logistics industries. His consulting experience spans a wide range of mandates including physical infrastructure design, supply chain software selection & implementation, and S&OP process design. Emilio’s attention to detail and his multi-practice consulting background have repeatedly helped clients achieve meaningful operations transformations. His ability to build close relationships within client organizations from executive leadership to front-line management has been proven at multinationals and quickly growing start-ups. As a director, Emilio leverages his experience to engineer processes and develop fine-tuned NetSuite solutions to align clients’ operations with their vision. Emilio holds a B.Eng. in Industrial Engineering from Concordia University. In addition to his experience at LIDD, Emilio worked at one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies and for a Big4 consulting firm.

David Gosselin

Managing Director

David Gosselin is a Director based in LIDD’s Montreal office. As a chartered professional accountant and a NetSuite certified expert, David contributes key expertise and significant leadership to LIDD’s NetSuite practice. His main responsibilities are to manage client relationships and to oversee the work of LIDD employees dedicated to NetSuite’s configuration, implementation, and integration. Since joining LIDD early in 2021, David has supervised the development of ERP solutions across various industries (Food & Beverage, Retail, Health & Beauty, Apparel, Non-For-Profit, and Finance). At the firm’s clients, his assessment of business processes and identification of their requirements have enabled him to configure systems that efficiently streamline workflows, from operations in the warehouse to finances in the office. David has more than ten years of experience developing and implementing ERP systems. His expertise spans across Cloud technology and systems such as SAP R3, S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Business ByDesign, Cognos, Business Objects, Concur, and Success Factor. David holds a bachelor’s degree in management from the HÉC. In addition to being a certified accountant, he is a NetSuite Certified Financial User and NetSuite Foundation member.

Alexander Sbaite

Alexander has over 25 years of experience in various operational and technology management roles, including sales, supply chain management, consulting, project management, solutions architecture, and implementation. Throughout his career, he has worked in several countries and industries such as CPGs, manufacturing, wholesale, and retail distribution. By combining his in-depth knowledge of technologies with his interdisciplinary experience, Alexander can advise and accompany companies throughout their digital transformation process, from analysis to implementation, adoption and change management. Alex holds a PhD degree in Software Engineering from Potsdam University in Berlin, Germany.

Raphaël Leite-Corthésy

Director

Raphaël is a Director in LIDD’s Design & Strategy practice. Based in the firm’s Montreal office, he leads teams of analysts and designers in the conception and implementation of profit efficient facilities. He is also responsible for leading engineers in their mandates to optimize distribution and manufacturing operations at LIDD’s clients. Since joining LIDD in 2016, Raphaël has been involved in several of the firm’s major projects in the Food & Beverage, Hardware, and Pharmeceutical industries. Thanks to excellent engineering and communication skills, he has helped LIDD clients gain a better understanding of their requirements before advising them in the implementation of new facility designs and layout resets that enable improved efficiency and support future growth. Raphaël holds a B.Eng. in Industrial Engineering as well as an M.Sc. A. in Operations Research from Polytechnique de Montréal. He was awarded the Lieutenant Governor’s Youth Medal in 2015.

Vivi Tran Lynch

Vivi Lynch is a Managing Director based in LIDD's Los Angeles office. She is a leader in LIDD's Strategy and Operations practice. Vivi’s expertise is in developing supply chain strategies for omni-channel retailers, optimizing distribution networks, and scaling business infrastructure for the next stage of growth. Prior to joining LIDD, Vivi held Senior Executive operations roles and led complex transformations at multiple public consumer companies. She serves as an advisor for high-growth brands. She has deep expertise in driving operational excellence and managing growth, turnarounds, portfolio operations, and exit-planning. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a MBA from the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton).

Amanda Mayer

Director of Finance

Amanda Mayer is LIDD’s Director of Finance and a Senior Analyst in LIDD’s Microsoft Dynamics Business Central consulting practice. As Director of Finance, Ms. Mayer prepares the firm’s fiscal records and financial plans. She is responsible for the development of LIDD’s financial vision and strategy. Amanda advises the company’s partners on financial matters that affect the organization’s growth and capacity to provide clients world-class services. As Senior Business Central Analyst, she advises companies on the proper implementation of their ERP system. Amanda’s expertise is especially valuable with regards to the ERP’s finance and operations capabilities. Her vast experience with the solution makes her well versed in the best practices that optimize Business Central’s performance. Amanda’s exceptional administrative acumen, superior analytic rigor, and deep knowledge of fiscal law have led her to play a key role in helping corporations achieve due diligence, mergers & acquisitions, US GAAP compliance, and Annual Operating Plans. A member of the Navision User Group (NAVUG) Advisory Board until recently, Ms. Mayer has established herself as an internationally recognized expert consultant for Microsoft’s ERP systems. At New View Strategies, where she acted as Owner and CFO, Amanda Mayer provided training, evaluation of business processes, and specialty consulting in finance to companies that run on Business Central. Amanda Mayer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lakeland College, WI. She is a certified public accountant and member of the AICPA. She was awarded the NAVUG All Stars (2015), the NAVUG Ruby Award (2016), and the NAVUG Granite Award three times (2017, 2019, 2020).

Marc Ménard

Director

Marc Ménard is a Director in LIDD’s Design & Strategy practice. Based in the firm’s Montreal office, he leads teams of analysts and designers in the conception and implementation of distribution solutions that enable profit efficient multichannel operations. He advises LIDD’s clients in the development of strategies and roadmaps for the continuous improvement of their supply chain infrastructure. Since joining LIDD in 2017, Marc has been involved in projects across a variety of industries, notably in the Food & Beverage, Apparel, Retail & eCommerce, and Sports sectors. His work focuses on network optimization and the design and implementation of distribution centers, including MHE and automation technology and equipment. Through a keen sense for practical solutions, Marc helps LIDD clients develop retail and eCommerce capital efficient distribution infrastructure. Marc holds a B.Eng. in Civil Engineering from Concordia University.

Jean-Philippe has led several WMS implementation projects at meal solution and food production companies. His experience involves designing physical and systematic work flows and integrating new automated manufacturing solutions. Jean-Philippe graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering from Polytechnique de Montreal.

Carie Mathias

Director

Carie Mathias is the Director of LIDD’s Continuous Improvement Desk. She is responsible for managing client relationships and oversees the work of LIDD employees dedicated to improving the efficiency of Microsoft Dynamic365 Business Central and other integrated solutions at the firm’s clients. Carie has more than a decade of experience in project management and the implementation and integration of business software solutions. Before joining LIDD, she was Chief Information Officer at Lynco where she successfully implemented Business Central. Since her years at Bridgestone, starting in 2005, Carie has led numerous warehouse and enterprise systems integrations for organizations across various industries in North America. She holds an Associate of Science Degree from the Muscatine Community College.

Hendrik Teixeira

Director

Hendrik Teixeira is a Director with LIDD’s Technology Solutions department. Currently working from North Carolina, he manages client relationships and leads teams of analysts, developers, and programmers in the conception and implementation of business software solutions. Over the last 25 years, Hendrik has garnered high level expertise in various industries such as Retail, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, 3PL, Petrol, and manufacturing. Hendrik has been developing Microsoft Dynamics solutions and offering technology consulting services to companies since 2006. He has experience working in boutique consulting firms as well as for worldwide organisations like Ernst & Young. In 2014, Hendrik founds TM ERP Consulting, a firm dedicated to the promotion of best I.T. practices and the implementation of end-to-end technology solutions. Throughout his career, he has helped the likes of Puma Energy, LinkFresh, GroupO, GameStop, and Lynco Products achieve better results by developing and integrating optimally fitted software architecture. At LIDD, Hendrik leverages his deep experience with Microsoft Dynamics to develop, implement, and integrate ERP solutions that enable word-class operations for our clients. Always abreast of the most recent developments in the field, he helps LIDD in its perpetual mission to align its products and services offering with current industry best practices. Hendrik is fluent in English and Portuguese. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from ICL Portugal. He is a Microsoft Certified IT Professional and a member of the Microsoft Partner Research Panel.

In his role as Director, he advises client leadership on designing efficient facilities, streamlining warehouse processes, and optimizing distribution networks across industries such as foodservice, CPG, apparel, mechanical parts, and utilities. Daniel leverages his expertise and LIDD's advanced analytics to reshape supply chains for businesses of all sizes. He leads his team in LA to help clients evaluate strategic impacts, safeguard against poor capital investments, and implement practical solutions for success.

Simon is a Director at LIDD, where he leads the firm's Digital Transformation Advisory practice. He specializes in creating tailored technology roadmaps that align with client needs and deliver measurable results. With a deep understanding of business operations, Simon excels at translating complex challenges into effective software solutions. From initial consultation and requirements gathering to implementation, training, and ongoing support, he ensures smooth transitions and helps clients fully leverage their technology investments.
