Angie has more than 10 years of experience in integrating distribution technologies in supply chain operations, and has successfully managed numerous WMS Solochain implementation projects. She worked as an IT Director at one of the biggest Canadian publishing companies, and joined LIDD as a Director. Angelika holds a bachelor’s degree in Operations and Logistics Engineering and a DESS’s degree in Innovation Management from École de Technologie Supérieure de Montréal.

Charles has been working as a supply chain consultant since 1998. He has worked with clients at all levels of the supply chain, from manufacturers to retailers, in a wide array of industries including food, pharmaceuticals, garments and construction materials. He has extensive experience in supply chain strategy, technology, facility design & implementation and operations. Charles holds a bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering from McGill University in Montreal.

Gabrielle Tiven is the Chief Operating Officer at LIDD and spearheads the firm’s initiatives with non-profit organizations that run supply chains. She works with food banks, food rescue organizations, food pantries, and similar organizations to use LIDD’s expertise to help address food insecurity. She guides organizations on network studies, distribution center designs, and overall supply chain strategy, and conducts research in food loss and waste in manufacturing and distribution. In addition to working with clients, Gabrielle helms parts of LIDD's administration and management, currently overseeing the firm's human resources and legal departments. Gabrielle got her start in warehouse design at FreshDirect, a pioneering online grocer in NYC, and later worked in product development at Kiva Systems, now Amazon Robotics. She holds a BA from Yale University and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Marc Ménard is a Managing Director in LIDD’s Design & Strategy practice. Based in the firm’s Montreal office, he leads teams of analysts and designers in the conception and implementation of distribution solutions that enable profit efficient multichannel operations. He advises LIDD’s clients in the development of strategies and roadmaps for the continuous improvement of their supply chain infrastructure. Since joining LIDD in 2017, Marc has been involved in projects across a variety of industries, notably in the Food & Beverage, Apparel, Retail & eCommerce, and Sports sectors. His work focuses on network optimization and the design and implementation of distribution centers, including MHE and automation technology and equipment. Through a keen sense for practical solutions, Marc helps LIDD clients develop retail and eCommerce capital efficient distribution infrastructure. Marc holds a B.Eng. in Civil Engineering from Concordia University.

Raphaël is a Managing Director in LIDD’s Design & Strategy practice. Based in the firm’s Montreal office, he leads teams of analysts and designers in the conception and implementation of profit efficient facilities. He is also responsible for leading engineers in their mandates to optimize distribution and manufacturing operations at LIDD’s clients. Since joining LIDD in 2016, Raphaël has been involved in several of the firm’s major projects in the Food & Beverage, Hardware, and Pharmeceutical industries. Thanks to excellent engineering and communication skills, he has helped LIDD clients gain a better understanding of their requirements before advising them in the implementation of new facility designs and layout resets that enable improved efficiency and support future growth. Raphaël holds a B.Eng. in Industrial Engineering as well as an M.Sc. A. in Operations Research from Polytechnique de Montréal. He was awarded the Lieutenant Governor’s Youth Medal in 2015.

By combining his in-depth knowledge of technologies with his interdisciplinary experience, Alexander can advise and accompany companies throughout their digital transformation process, from analysis to implementation, adoption and change management. Alex holds a PhD degree in Software Engineering from Potsdam University in Berlin, Germany.

David Gosselin is a Director based in LIDD’s Montreal office. As a chartered professional accountant and a NetSuite certified expert, David contributes key expertise and significant leadership to LIDD’s NetSuite practice. His main responsibilities are to manage client relationships and to oversee the work of LIDD employees dedicated to NetSuite’s configuration, implementation, and integration. Since joining LIDD early in 2021, David has supervised the development of ERP solutions across various industries (Food & Beverage, Retail, Health & Beauty, Apparel, Non-For-Profit, and Finance). At the firm’s clients, his assessment of business processes and identification of their requirements have enabled him to configure systems that efficiently streamline workflows, from operations in the warehouse to finances in the office. David has more than ten years of experience developing and implementing ERP systems. His expertise spans across Cloud technology and systems such as SAP R3, S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Business ByDesign, Cognos, Business Objects, Concur, and Success Factor. David holds a bachelor’s degree in management from the HÉC. In addition to being a certified accountant, he is a NetSuite Certified Financial User and NetSuite Foundation member.
