Eligibility: The campaign is open to participants who are of legal age in their respective jurisdiction. Employees of LIDD are not eligible to participate.
Agreement to Rules: By entering this contest, participants agree to abide by the official rules and decisions outlined “How to Win” . LIDD reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify entries at its sole discretion. Participants also agree to accept the decision of LIDD as final and binding. Fraudulent methods of entry or circumvention of the rules may result in disqualification.
Entry Period: The promotion will run from August 1st to September 30th . Entries must be submitted by the deadline to be eligible for the random drawing.
Prizes: The winner will receive a $500 Visa giftcard prize. Substitutions will be made at the sole discretion of LIDD.
Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Selection and Notification of the Winner: The winner will be selected through a random drawing/ The winner will be notified via email within 2 of the drawing. If the winner does not claim the prize within the specified time limit, the prize may be forfeited.
Terms & Conditions: LIDD reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the contest without prior notice. LIDD also reserves the right to disqualify anyone who violates the terms and seeks damages in case of deliberate damage or undermining the promotion’s operation.
Limitation of Liability: By entering the contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless LIDD and its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, etc., from any claims, liability, illness, injury, death, loss, etc., arising from participation in the contest or use/misuse of the prize.
Disputes: Any disputes shall be individually resolved exclusively before a court located in Quebec, without resorting to any form of class action. Participants waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

Affirmation of Acceptance: By entering the contest, participants affirmatively accept and agree to all of the official rules.
