LIDD Recognized as NetSuite Summer 2026 Alliance Partner Spotlight Winner for Food and Beverage

Honored for Excellence in Food and Beverage

We are thrilled to share that Oracle NetSuite has named LIDD its Summer 2026 Alliance Partner Spotlight Winner for Food and Beverage, recognizing our work with Justin’s (Joy Topco LP). NetSuite’s Alliance Partner Spotlight Awards honor top partners for their proven success in implementing NetSuite and their exceptional work with customers. The NetSuite Alliance Partner program offers business consulting, integration, and implementation services, all designed to help customers maximize the value they get from NetSuite.

Founded in 2004, Justin’s makes organic nut butters, spreads, peanut butter cups, and snacks for grocery and retail channels. After Forward Consumer Partners acquired the company from Hormel, Justin’s had only a six-month transition services agreement to establish an independent ERP, finalize its chart of accounts and opening balances, build AP and AR processes, migrate from Oracle Fusion, and connect 30 to 40 EDI trading partners, all while a new team was still forming.

LIDD helped Justin’s select and implement NetSuite SuiteSuccess Food & Beverage rather than Sage X3, using the preconfigured model to accelerate finance, procurement, inventory, order-to-cash, co-manufacturing, and EDI without unnecessary customization. The team went live on May 15, 2026, in 5½ months, more than two weeks before the June 1 TSA deadline, with no disruption to orders, customer service, or core operations.

Key solutions delivered as part of the engagement included:

  • NetSuite Financial Management, Advanced Electronic Bank Payments, Procurement, Inventory Management, Demand Planning, Quality Management, Rebate Management, and Work Orders and Assemblies with Manufacturing WIP & Routings
  • A customer allowance customization for managing channel-specific pricing, promotions, and deductions across Justin’s retail and distributor model
  • SPS Commerce EDI connectivity for more than 30 trading partners, including Walmart, Target, UNFI, RJW, and Rotex
  • Integrated workflows spanning Bill.com, Expensify, TriNet payroll, three KeyBank accounts, and Web Integrated for trade promotion management, planning, MRP, BI, and daily sales flash reporting
  • Automated, refreshable reporting through Render Analytics, Analytics Connect, a Google Cloud data warehouse, Power BI, and a planned second phase of NetSuite Analytics Warehouse

LIDD led process design, solution architecture, configuration, and practical decision-making across co-manufacturing, multi-3PL fulfillment, inventory, finance, and order-to-cash. Early collaboration with Forward Consumer Partners before the transaction closed allowed the implementation to begin immediately, while the PE team’s continued involvement kept the project aligned with the acquisition plan. Since implementing NetSuite, Justin’s has gained a single operating platform with stronger visibility into finance, inventory across 3PLs, co-manufacturing, and reporting. Although the exact EBITDA impact is still being quantified, the immediate value was clear: the business exited Hormel’s systems without interruption, protected revenue through the carve-out, and gained the controls needed to improve margins over time.

“As part of Justin’s transition to an independent company, the LIDD team was instrumental in implementing NetSuite and the related business processes. Their organization, project management, and communication kept us on track during an aggressive timeline. Their collaborative approach made them a true partner throughout the implementation.”

— Elaine Powell, VP of Sales Services

Justin’s now has the systems foundation to rebuild growth, launch new products, expand operations, including 3PL integrations for Canada, and deepen financial and operational analytics through a future NetSuite Analytics Warehouse phase.
